Otmezguine, Jacques

(February 5, 1948, Casablanca, Morocco-)

   An assistant photographer (1966) and then a re­porter and photographer (Keystone Press Agency), he entered films as an assistant director in 1968. From 1977 to 1986, he directed mainly commercials and industrial films. His first feature film was an adap­tation of his novel Prunelle Blues (Collection Engrena­ges, Fleuve Noir, 1983).
