Simon, Jean-Daniel

   In his teenage years, he earned his living working as a beach manager, barman, and garbage collector. In 1967, he made his directing debut filming a screenplay written by his friends Gérard Brach and Roman Polanski. In 1984, he co-adapted a Gustave Le Rouge novel (Le Mystérieux Docteur Cornélius, 6 X 52', Maurice Frydland).
