Vallois, Philippe

(August 27, 1948, Caudéran, Gironde, France - )

   Having trained at the Vaugirard School (now Ecole Louis Lumière) in 1971, he directed several docu­mentaries on French writers (Marcel Jouhandeau, Eugène Ionesco, Hervé Bazin, Philippe Soupault, Mi­chel Tournier, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Gilbert Cesbron, André Roussin) before shooting his first feature film in 1974.
