Boisset, Yves

(March 14, 1939, Paris, France - )

   The son of teachers, he gave up his history studies to enroll at IDHEC. He began writing on films as a free­lance journalist for Paris-Jour. In 1959, he co-founded with future screenwriter Jean Curtelin a film review (Présence du Cinéma).
